After 15 years working in the plumbing, gas fitting, and drainage industry - on tools, in trenches, and across every kind of job site you can imagine - we decided it was time to do things our way. The Accurate way; no more paying top dollar for rushed, substandard work, and that never sat right with us.

We’ve seen it firsthand over the years. Jobs left half-done. Callbacks that never came. Customers left scratching their heads over what they were even charged for. We knew there was a better way to run a trade business, and after a decade and a half in the industry, we had the skills and experience to do it. So we took the leap and built something that the people can trust.

Accurate Plumbing, Gas & Drainage is built on three things: owner operated accountability, fair pricing, and quality workmanship. No shortcuts. No cutting corners. And no treating customers like just another invoice at the end of the week.

Being owner led means every job is handled personally - by the director of our business. No sending out a less-experienced subcontractor or rushing through your job to get to the next booking. We show up on time, communicate clearly throughout the process, and we don't leave until the work is finished to a standard we'd be happy with in my own spaces. Every site gets left clean and tidy, because I know how disruptive trades work can be - especially when you've got a household to run.
